I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT THEY CAN BE CLEANED, BUT I DIDN'T KNOW HOW TO DO THAT. THERE ARE ALSO SMALL PIN HOLES IN IT. IT FEELS LIKE A HEAVY FELT FABRIC - STIFF.I HAVE SEVERAL OF THESE OLD PENNANTS.
