For USPS International Shipping, there is usually some indemnity insurance included in the shipping. If it does not cover the value, I will require that the buyer cover the cost of insuring the difference.   If shipping to a P.O. Box, USPS is your only option. FedEx & UPS WILL NOT ship to P.O.
